2.Calibrate the reference plane (a) of the main body of the crossbeam, and use a dial indicator to make it parallel tothe x/ Y axis of the machine. 3.Correction of horizontal direction: (1)use a dial indicator to mark and calibrate the reference surface (upper surface) of the object to be processed,adjust the bolt (upper) to rotate clockwise, and raise Part B. (2)adjust the bolt(lower) to rotate clockwise and lower part B.Use the upper and lower adjusting bolts alternatelyto make them horizontal. Note: after the beam calibration, please confirm that all the adjusting bolts should be tightened. |
